Adents Demonstrates Commitment to North American Market with Two New Subsidiaries

Adents, the leading provider of robust and easily deployable software solutions for serialization in the Life Sciences industry, has announced the opening of its second subsidiary in the North American market.

Driven by its firm reputation for successful deployments across Europe and the imminent implementation of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), Adents today announced the opening of a new wholly owned subsidiary – Adents US Inc.,in Princeton, USA, as the company continues with its major international expansion plan.

After the implantation of the French group in Montreal, Canada in October 2014, the company has installed a new office in Princeton, New Jersey. Adents expects to have 50 staff based in North America by the end of 2015.

Adents’ mature and robust software technology,which operates with all existing ERP systems and devices,is being introduced to the US market at a key time, as the DSCSA comes into force and many pharma companies and CMOs are still looking for an efficient, global solution which also responds to the immense challenges of data exchange and management.
