Objective:

Through an interactive session driven by data insights and collaborative discussion, participants will explore ways to optimize resource use and integrate sustainability into clinical supply chains.

•  Explore the environmental impact of clinical trials from end to end.
•  Identify key challenges across the supply chain, from manufacturing, handling, storage, distribution, destruction, and overall waste management.
•  Breakout group discussions to brainstorm innovative ideas and re-imagine the ideal sustainable supply chain
•  Plenary discussion to identify feasible actions and strategies and explore their potential impact
• Generate ideas for defining, establishing, and monitoring KPIs for sustainability in clinical trials.
