Global Head of Digital Innovation R&D Haleon

Robert J. Boland is currently Global Head of Digital Innovation and Lab Tech at Haleon R&D. In this role Robert drives the Digital Innovation and Laboratory Innovation Strategies to accelerate the pace of Research and Development for Haleon’s Strategic Focus Areas. Prior to Haleon, Robert held Senior Leadership roles as Global Head of Digital Delivery & Data for CSL Behring, Head of Connected Solutions Strategy for JNJ Consumer, and Head of Technology Innovation for Merck Research Laboratories. Robert holds multiple credentials with an MBA and Executive Leadership Degrees from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is an Honors graduate with a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Drexel University.
