Associate Director, Enterprise Data & Technology Delivery Lead The Clorox Company

Tamara Helms is the Associate Director of the Enterprise & Data Technology (EDT) organization of The Clorox Company. In this role she is the Delivery Lead for the R&D/Innovation business. She works with the Innovation team on the implementation of their Innovation roadmap, serving as the EDT liaison to the business, and assisting with the portfolio strategy and needs of the business. She has been a member of the Clorox family for over 5 years where she has held various positions. Prior to joining Clorox, Tamara worked for 7 years at NetApp in various leadership roles within the Product Operations and Performance Engineering teams. As a college graduate, she joined Nortel Networks where she worked 13 years in various roles. Mrs. Helms is a proud graduate of North Carolina State University where she earned her BS in Electrical Engineering and of Wake Forest University where she earned her Masters of Business Management.
