Global R&D Operations Program Lead Sanofi

Thibaut is currently a Global R&D Operations Program Lead at Sanofi, and Head of Scientific Services for NA ad interim. A scientist by training and at heart, Thibaut holds a PhD in Physics from his work on understanding the mechanics at the cell-cytoskeleton interface, performed at Institut Curie in Paris. After obtaining his MBA he joined the pharmaceutical industry in 2018 and, after some years spent within the vibrant and dynamic Consumer Healthcare Business, focuses on Biopharma R&D since 2023. He is passionate about human-centric Transformations, putting employees at the heart of organizational efficiency gains, through Change Management, Process Optimization and Enabling Technologies. Active mentorship and driving efforts to increase diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded within that approach.
